Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS), on behalf of Eastern Zone is administering this tender to submit proposals for the Electric Boiler Additions at the Dr. Walter Templeman Health Care Centre located on Bell Island and St. Patrick’s Mercy Home located in St. John’s. Newfoundland and Labrador. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
