NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP on behalf of Eastern Zone to submit proposals for a Fairness Advisor for the evaluation and award process for the RFP issued for the Ambulatory clinic in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
