Description

Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this tender on behalf of Eastern Urban Zone to submit proposals for drapery window coverings for the Extended Stay Hostel at the
Mental Health and Addictions Centre in St. John’s, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

The term of the agreement will be for an initial supply and install of required drapery to site, along with a standing offer for the drapery products for a contract period of one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional six (6) months.

Site visit mandatory - Prospective Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on October 21st, 2024 @ 9am to take window measurements in order to provide accurate pricing.Vendors are advised to meet at the main entrance to the Mental Health and Addictions Centre on site at 300 Prince Philip Drive in St. John’s.
