Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this tender on behalf of Eastern Urban Zone to submit proposals for Level One Clinic Redevelopment at Dr. H Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre, 300 Prince Philip Drive, St, John’s, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
