Description

NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP on behalf of Central Zone to submit proposals as prime consultant for comprehensive design and construction services located at Fogo Island Health Center on Fogo Island, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

Note: The lowest price of any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted but will be analyzed to determine best overall value.
