Description

Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this RFP on behalf of Eastern Regional Health Authority to submit proposals for Ambulatory Blood Pressure Equipment and Reporting Software. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

Software	System software must come pre-installed on system computer with complete recovery disk included.	Oui
Hardware	System computer must have windows 10 operating system and have networking capabilities.	Oui
Hardware	System computer must be compatible with McAfee antivirus software. Software will be supplied internally by hospital.	Oui
Hardware	System computer must be capable of adequate storage space of up to 150 patient reports without secondary storage.	Oui
Software	System software must be capable of archiving and retrieving patient reports	Oui
Hardware	System computer must be fully TCP/IP compliant for communications and not depend on bridging or multicasting protocols between physical locations/sites.	Oui
Hardware	System computer must be able to run in a standard 10/100/1000BaseT/10Gig switched Ethernet network environment.	Oui
Hardware	System computer wireless network components must fully meet 802.11n/ac specifications and utilize WPA2 security with minimum of AES 128bit encryption (if necessary).	Oui
Software	Is reporting software compatible with Epiphany for Reporting storage? If yes, please state Epiphany software version compatibility.	Oui
Installation	Installation included by vendor	Oui
Training	In-person clinical training must be provided for sites purchasing equipment	Oui
Training	Factory training to fully support and service the equipment must be included for eight (8) biomedical technologists must be included. Training must include tuition, lodging, meals, and transportation. A solution for virtual technical training will be considered	Oui
