Holyrood Marine Base Phase IIB
The project generally consists of new building construction (approximately 4000 square metres) and site works associated with Phase IIB of the Holyrood Marine Base for the Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland. The project is located at Northside Road, Holyrood, Newfoundland and Labrador. This work involves all the architectural and engineering systems for a new four storey structure, including two storey high bay workshops, office space, classroom space, dry laboratory space and multipurpose space, along with support and infrastructure space. Also included are civil, landscaping and general site upgrades as indicated within this specification and as shown on the drawings. This existing site and water access will remain fully occupied along with the existing Marine Institute facility within the site.
