The town of Glovertown is accepting proposals to lead the development of creating a set of website requirements documents to be included in a full Website request for proposal (RFP) later this year. Glovertown is working to modernize its website and to create linkage to key municipal systems and social media providers. Our approach is to create the functional and technical requirements to act as the foundation of the coming RFP. The town is seeking a consultant or individual with deep website development experience and a sound understanding of municipal systems as well as social media connection tools. In addition, be able to fully articulate requirements for consistent branding, design and uniform appearance that optimizes their Search Engine Optimization and user experience. The requirements must balance technical depth and website ease of use. Use of standard templates to increase expediency and delivery times while reducing costs is highly encouraged. The maximum budget for this proposal will be $1000 + HST. Projects will be assessed on price, quality of proposal and it’s ability to fulfill the requirements as set out in this document.
