Additional Bidding Instructions

Bidders shall only quote one unit price for all sizes of each item on which they are quoting. Separate pricing for oversizes shall not be accepted.

Each Group shall be considered a separate contract and shall be awarded separately. Respondents can bid on any or all Groups. Respondents shall bid on all items in the group they are bidding or their bid will be considered incomplete and shall be rejected. Responses shall be ranked according to total price, beginning with the lowest.
