Description

Food Catering Services for Adult Corrections Facilities - Individual Standing Offer Agreement
Includes preparing and delivery of meals to the following facilities:

Bishop's Falls Correctional Centre in Bishop's Falls, NL (capacity 26 persons);
Corner Brook Lockup in Corner Brook NL (capacity 20 persons); and
Newfoundland and Labrador Correctional Centre for Women in Clarenville, NL (capacity 32 persons).

Following specific menus, provide three meals per day (breakfast, lunch and supper), per person for each of the above listed facilities. Note that each facility is subject to regular fluctuations of inmates so the quantity of meals to be provided can change frequently but the capacity limits for each facility are specified above and in the RFP.
