PLEASE NOTE: Unit price is pre-tax amount. Purchase orders will be issued as required by individual campuses. All orders are to be shipped FOB College of the North Atlantic to the campus as indicated on the Purchase Order. Delivery addresses are listed within. Successful bidder/bidders will be expected to supply items within a 3-4 week period after purchase orders are issued. After that period the College of the North Atlantic has the option to cancel and re-order from another vendor. All reference to Part Numbers and Brand Names listed within are listed for Standard of Quality only. If Bidding as specified this must be indicated on bid submission. When bids include optional equipment - all specifications must be clearly identified as included. Or Equivalent bids will be evaluated for compliance. Or Equivalent item specifications must be submitted with bids to ensure compliance during evaluation. Bids without specifications on Or Equivalent items will be rejected.
IMPORTANT: Vendors must:
• Have an Atlantic Canada presence.
• Be an authorized reseller.
• Be available for Questions & Answers, if required.
• Cart and monitor must be compatible with each other.
