The Township of Georgian Bluffs, with this tender, seeks to attain or exceed the following outcomes:

•The provision of cost effective services to agreed standards and service levels that meet the needs of the Township and accountability obligations;

•Services that incorporate sound industry practices so that they most cost effectively meet Township standards; andServices that are continuously improved to meet emerging needs and to take

advantage of industry developments in a cost effective matter.
