This Request for Qualification ("RFQ") for supply and install of Bicycle Racks and Storage Boxes is an invitation by the ALLENBURY Gardens Development Corporation (herein after referred to as "AGDC") to prospective Proponents to submit qualifications in order to be able to bid on the Request for Proposal ("RFP") as further described in attached documents. ALLENBURY Gardens located at North York with Fairview Mall Dr. on the south, Godstone Rd. on the west, Kingslake Rd. and ALLENBURY Gdns. on the north, Highway 404 on the east. The site area is 2.96 Hectares. For the purposes of this project, FRAM Building Group is acting Construction Managers on the behalf of AGDC and will be administering the RFQ process. AGDC and FRAM have been working on the planning approvals required in order to commence the revitalization of ALLENBURY Gardens. The revitalization includes the replacement of 127 rental units on site plus an additional 900 units of residential market condominiums.
