The Project
FPSC has an extensive library of eLearning courses designed to support the food and beverage processing industry in advancing the skills of their workforce. The course content is developed by subject matter experts and validated by industry to ensure the learning objectives are aligned with industry practice and deliver effective training to students.
FPSC regularly adds to our eLearning library to expand and enhance the content available to our industry. We also review our current content to identify opportunities to enhance the accessibility of our courses.
FPSC requires the services of an instructional design service provider to support the creation of two new eLearning courses, from source material provided by our SMEs, and to support the conversion of four eLearning courses from our existing library to the Articulate Rise format.
Section 2 – Services
The service provider shall provide FPSC with instructional design services to create 2 eLearning courses, from provided storyboards to Articulate Rise format, following the design and structure of a supplied sample of an existing Articulate Rise formatted course. The service provider shall also provide FPSC with instructional design services to convert 4 existing courses (3 in Articulate Sortyline format, 1 in a proprietary LMS format) to Articulate Rise format, following the design and structure of a supplied sample of an existing Articulate Rise formatted course. The service provider shall also provide voice actor narration of the course scripts to be included in the Articulate Rise formatted courses as click to play audio segments.
The objective of the services is to deliver fully developed eLearning courses, of approximately 1 hour duration, in the Articulate Rise format, suitable for conversion to SCORM 1.2 format, that is aligned with the design and structure of the supplied sample(s), and that effectively delivers the critical learnings of the provided storyboards, scripts, and existing courses.
