Equans Services Inc, hereafter referred to as Equans, is seeking qualified established Contractors to perform space remodeling and demolition services at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (“CAMH”) located at 1025 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M6J 1H1. The scope of work is to convert 4 group therapy rooms to seclusion rooms. The architectural, electrical and mechanical works should be completed per the accompanying drawings and specifications.
The site visit will be at 1025 Queen Street West, we will meet in the lobby at 10:00am.
