Description

The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:
- The provision of a complete new electrical system, including:

1. Provision of new service and distribution, including new primary incoming service and equipment.
2. Provision of new lighting and devices, including lighting controls.
3. Provision of new life safety systems, including fire alarm and new emergency generator.
4. Provision of new lightning protection.
5. Provision of new AV/IT and Security Infrastructure.
6. Provision of Structured Cabling.
