Description

The LaSalle Block E- Fit Up is located at 373 Sussex Drive, Ottawa. The scope of the project include but not limited to selective abatement and demolition of floors 1-4 and including penthouse, IT telecom/server rooms, fire and life safety compliance to building code and local authorities. The gross floor area is approximately 3,200 square meters. The retrofit scope includes Building E only.

The required Services will be done and it will include, but may not be limited to, the following:
1.3.1 Early works package –interior minor demolition (drywall, flooring, access flooring, Mechanical piping and ducts and Electrical fixtures)
1.3.2 Demolition of Server room (interior demo), generator and chiller.
1.3.3 Removal and dispose drywall partitions, masonry walls and interior glazed partitions, doors and frames, flooring and ACT/ drywall ceiling
1.3.4 Removal and handover (or) dispose existing electrical, plumbing, HVAC ductwork and mechanical equipment
1.3.5 The removal and disposal of the following Designated Hazardous Materials also forms part of this scope of work: Asbestos and Silica
