Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) is a national, not-for-profit organization that conducts research focused on the human resource challenges and opportunities impacting the electricity and renewable industry and develops tools to support industry in addressing these challenges and opportunities.

Since 2005, EHRC has been the national voice of the Canadian electricity industry. Working alongside our partners and members, EHRC works to strengthen the ability of the Canadian electricity industry to meet current and future needs for their workforce – one that is highly skilled, safety-focused, diverse and productive.

Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) is seeking the services of a qualified research consultant to update the current toolkits, From Disability to Inclusion and Illuminate Opportunity, create an educational outreach program with complementary tools and resources, and develop a safe space for employees across the sector in the province of Ontario to comfortably disclose their lived experiences with disabilities.

All bidders are requested to present an innovative work plan in compliance with the prescribed project timelines and activities to complete the main project objectives:
Timelines for the project are May 23, 2022, to October 28, 2022.

Bidders are requested to describe in their proposal their methodology for project management and progress reporting. Proposed costing should be thoroughly justified within a detailed project work plan. The contract(s) signed with the successful consultant(s) will be a fixed price contract. Consultants should consider utilizing virtual methods to conduct research and related activities as part of the scope of work, instead of incurring travel costs, which will be part of the fixed price stated above. Where HST applies, project bid must clearly identify the HST amount payable.
