EHRC is looking for a development partner to build a WordPress website and develop transition plans from
our current site to the new one. This will require a firm with strong front-end and back-end development
skills, an appreciation for user experience, and the vision to develop a website that is scalable to grow and
adapt with EHRCs business.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Vendors must submit an electronic version (in PDF format) to the Project Lead at tremblay@electricityhr.ca
before 4:01 p.m. ET on September 13, 2022. To confirm receipt, vendors should request a delivery receipt.
No other verification of receipt will be provided by EHRC. For RFP closing purposes, the official time of
receipt of shall be as determined by the time and date stamp marked on the proposals upon receipt by
EHRC.
Proposals received after the closing date and time will be rejected.
