Elections Ontario (EO) is a non-partisan agency of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario working under the direction of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), an officer of the Legislative Assembly. EO is responsible for conducting general elections, by-elections and referenda in accordance with the provisions in the Elections Act and the administration of Election Finances Act.
Elections Ontario (EO) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide all requisite planning, material, equipment, and services for printing, preparation and coordination for Canada Post to distribute a neighbourhood unaddressed ad-mail. This ad-mail is a bilingual French and English brochure (5-panel accordion/Z-fold, 4 colour process) that contains fixed information that is relevant to every elector. Delivery of the brochure to Canada Post will be staggered over the course of 6 business days (May 10 to 14) to facilitate distribution by Canada Post as unaddressed ad-mail to all residential addresses in the province of Ontario (approximately 5.05 million) the week of May 22 – 28, 2018.
The duration of the contract to be entered into between EO and the successful Proponent(s) will be from March 13, 2018 until March 12, 2023.
EO invites proposals in response to this RFP for an efficient, reliable and cost effective solution to meet the requirements described herein.
