Description

The objective of this RFQ is to obtain a successful vendor to provide a full range of services to clean the interior office building located at 26 Prince Andrew Place, North York, ON M3C 2H4.

The successful vendor shall supply all labour, equipment, cleaning supplies, and other products necessary to provide efficient and consistent cleaning services at our professional office facility of approximately 59,528 square feet with approximately 178 staff. All labour performed must be completed daily between 5pm to 6am Monday to Friday during non-event periods. This is to ensure that custodial professionals can perform their tasks as efficiently as possible with minimal interruption from staff. Additional cleaning services may be required mid day, 7 days a week during an event period. An event period is a two (2) month period leading to and following a provincial election, the staff number can increase to approximately 450 during this time.
