1. Invitation to Proponents

Ontario Health (“OH”) has a mandate to transform approximately 29 legacy websites, including 60,000+ web pages and 100,000+ documents into a single integrated digital web experience that is user centric (herein referred to as the “Web Transformation”). The objective of this project is to consolidate legacy agency websites into a unified OH web presence by building a harmonized experience for identified audiences which will enable search and navigation tools, support the OH mandate, establish the OH brand, build on our reputation as a trusted health care leader, and provide a flexible base for future enhancements. For users of ontariohealth.ca, the project must ensure easy access to key information, digital products, and services in a simple to follow categorization and plain language coupled with quick links to information. This Request for Proposals (this "RFP") is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of four major components of the Web Transformation: Digital Experience Platform Solution, Implementation Services, Content Audit and Consolidation, and Hosting and Managed Services (the “Services“), as further described in Part 2 - The Services. Ontario Health will operate through a governance and operational model where Ontario Health will provide all approvals.
