Description

eHealth Ontario requires two vendors who can provide independent Third Party Reviews on specified projects, as defined by the eHealth Ontario Gateway Policy.

The eHealth Ontario Gateway Policy was approved by the Board of Directors in April 2010. Since that time all eligible projects within eHealth Ontario are gated in accordance with this policy. The policy states that at Gates 2 to 5, an independent review must be conducted by an external individual or panel for those projects that exceed $10M. .
The vendors will be required to complete the independent third party reviews within a prescribed fixed duration (e.g. approximately two to four weeks) following the receipt of the required project artefacts/documents. These timelines should be sufficient to produce a written report, taking into account the size and complexity of the project.
