eHealth Ontario is seeking a vendor to conduct a review and provide recommendations on the Agency’s compensation structure as part of our ongoing commitment to ensure our compensation structure reflects best practices of public sector compensation and is based on market analysis. This review will include a benchmarking assessment and recommendations that provide a solid foundation going forward and supports the needs of the Agency in attracting and retaining talent.
