Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP”) is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for up to two (2) video conferencing transcoding technology. The successful proponent(s) will provide Ontario health with the necessary licenses, SDK/API keys and any other artifacts to allow Ontario Health to integrate its platform with the video conferencing technology.

Proponents may apply to one or both streams bellow. For instance, should a Proponent apply for two streams, the Proponent is required to submit two separate proposals as detailed in Appendix B – Proponent Submission Form.

Stream 1 - Core infrastructure to support room-based systems.
Stream 2 - A platform to enable PC and mobile video conferencing solutions.
