Description

eHealth Ontario requires a vendor to develop training material, including quick reference guides, for Remedy version 9.x, in full color hardcopy (Word, PPT and PDF) as well as online SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant format for LMS (Learning Management System), for each process areas listed below.

eHealth Ontario’s existing training material is included for reference.
The Vendor shall produce the new training material for the Remedy 9.X environment as implemented at eHealth Ontario. eHealth Ontario process subject matter experts (SMEs)’s will provide guidance on additional content where required and any system screen shots that may be eHealth Ontario Remedy system specific. The eHealth Ontario process SME’s will review and approve final copies of training materials, including the on-line SCORM format, for production.
eHealth Ontario shall provide copies of existing training material (produced for Remedy version 7.6x) as a baseline. The vendor will produce material for Remedy 9.x on the same lines with updates and augmentations as per guidance from eHealth Ontario SME’s. Where a soft copy of the LMS module does not exist, the eHealth Ontario SME’s shall demonstrate to the vendor staff the material on the eHealth Ontario LMS. The vendor will produce one LMS training module for every process listed above.
The Vendor will deliver all material to eHealth Ontario in a soft format that would be editable by eHealth Ontario staff in the future. The SCORM format will also be delivered in a soft form that may be editable by eHealth Ontario staff in the future.
The vendor will deliver 500 double sided, printed and laminated copies per quick reference guide in full color letter size format. The vendor will also deliver 50 sets of single sided, printed and laminated copies per quick reference guide in full color ledger size format.
