This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Emergency Response Services as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables") of the RFP. This RFP is issued by eHealth Ontario.
Deliverables to be included as part of the Emergency Response Service package are:

Deliverable 1 – Emergency Response Services available on a 7x24x365 basis to address incidents on an as needed basis.

Deliverable 2 - A detailed review of eHealth Ontario’s current Incident Response process (Incident Preparedness Service) and recommendations for improvement of the Incident Response process.

Deliverable 3- The development, design and documentation of Incident Response Playbooks customized for eHealth Ontario Infrastructure and environments for the four (4) most common Security incidents (with input from eHealth Ontario staff).
