Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of two (2) Clinical Imaging Specialists.
The successful candidates will support the adoption of the DI Viewer and existing DI services by:

Building, developing, and maintaining relationships with clinical clients;
Interfacing with representatives from eHealth Ontario to deliver use cases, strategies, methods, and tools in support of the successful adoption of the DI Viewer and other DI services;
Managing site onboarding, and communicating corresponding plans and schedules to the DI Program, Business Desk, and other teams as required;
Providing Tier-2 and Tier-3 client support for the DI Viewer and other DI services using eHealth Ontario’s Remedy Incident Management Platform;
Creating Solution Documents (Use Cases) for the Service Desk explaining how to create, categorize, and triage DI-related call records based on various scenarios;
Creating training materials, brochures, and “cheat sheets”, and delivering end-user training;
Conducting regular touch points with clients to ensure that expectations for services are being met;
Managing client feedback and requests for enhancements;
Assisting in the gathering of adoption metrics;
Training Service Desk personnel and incoming FTE resource.
