Title: CommVault License Conversion Plus Three (3) Years of Maintenance and Support
Description: to convert our existing CommVault licensing from the Agent and Options based license model to the Capacity based license model. The CommVault Premium Level maintenance and support for three (3) years commences on January 9th, 2017 and terminates on January 8th, 2020.

Mandatory Requirements:
•             Proponents must be authorized resellers of CommVault licensing plus maintenance and support in Canada.
•             Proponents must provide CommVault Premium Level maintenance and support.
•             Proponents must submit proof of authorized reseller status upon submission.
