Edmonton Economic Development Corporation (EEDC) through its operating division Edmonton EXPO Centre (EEC) hereby invites proposals from service providers to provide Display services and Materials handling to clients of EEC with an emphasis on customer service. The successful bidder shall be appointed as the Preferred Supplier for Display services and Material handling at the EEC.
Services sought through this request include:
• Provide Display services and Materials handling to clients of EEC at competitive rates while ensuring timely installation and removal of equipment/materials.
• To maintain an inventory of such materials and equipment as are required for the staging of the Events, and supply, deliver and install such materials and equipment (which may include outdoor work) in accordance with the specifications for the Events, including but not limited to the supply and installation of tables, chairs, draping, skirting, carpet, material handling and graphic production
• Provide personnel for freight receiving, storage and delivery to specified location within venue
• Provide manpower, expertise, and support required for a seamless delivery
The anticipated contract term is three years, plus one renewal option.
The date for commencement of work under the contract is June 1, 2019.
