Description

The CECCE requires the services of a supplier to modernize one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator, located at the High School Béatrice Desloges, 1999 Ave. Provence, Ottawa, complete with new non-proprietary electrical controller, pumping unit, valve, motor and oil storage tank. Two (2) options are considered in this document:

Option 1: complete modernization of the elevator, as detailed in Part 3A
Option 2: modernization of the controller only of the elevator, as detailed in Part 3

There is a MANDATORY The CECCE requires the services of a supplier to modernize one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator, located at the High School Béatrice Desloges, 1999 Ave. Provence, Ottawa, complete with new non-proprietary electrical controller, pumping unit, valve, motor and oil storage tank. Two (2) options are considered in this document:

Option 1: complete modernization of the elevator, as detailed in Part 3A
Option 2: modernization of the controller only of the elevator, as detailed in Part 3B

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the High School Béatrice Desloges, 1999 Ave. Provence, Ottawa on 24 August 2017. The site visit will begin at 13:30 local time, at the reception of the High School BDL.

(A) A technical proposal (Part 4 – Proposal Form and other technical documents to be submitted, such as answers to mandatory and weighted technical criteria, curriculum vitae, etc.), including an original signature.
(B) A financial proposal (Part 11 of Part 4 – Proposal Form), with an original signature.
(C) The bid bond.
