Description

The focus of this phase is to replace the existing Certification process for ECO Canada, enhancing what budget allows and establish a solid base to grow upon in the future. You will replicate the current application process in Dynamics 365 and The Portal Connector, modifying the experience to conform to how these products present the experience and process the data as close to their native functionality as possible.
This phase will focus on the Member experience being fluid and automated. All portal functionality should exceed the current solution experience and provide a foundation to build out new programs and portal areas. The internal ECO Canada experience will concentrate on providing the same features as the portal, plus the approvals and review capability. The focus for this phase of Dynamics 365 will be less on complete automation, however more on ensure there is a solid process that can be managed today and provide for additional automation in a future phase. The intention is to streamline the experience for a Dynamics 365 user using Dynamics 365 workflows, rollups and business processes.
