Description

eCampusOntario (the “Organization”) is soliciting proposals as outlined in the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified service providers (the “Proponents”) to provide External Audit Services, (collectively the “Deliverables” or “Project”). A more complete description of services sought for this project is provided in Schedule C. The Proponent(s) who is selected by the Organization pursuant to this RFP will become a Successful Proponent (the “Successful Proponent”) upon the issuance of a Purchase Order and in some instances an Agreement (Schedule A) with the Organization on terms acceptable to the organization, subject to the provisions of this RFP. The provision of the Deliverables to the Organization by the Successful Proponent is the (“Project”).
