Description

The Durham Children's Aid Society is seeking proposals for the procurement of a new landline and mobile-enabled system to be utilized by over 350 active agency staff. The new design will streamline the Society's internal and mobile communications.
The Society's current system is a Nortel PBX utilzing multiple PRIs and 1FLs for both landline and fax capacilities. The Society is open to receiving recommendations for alternate telecom platforms that will most effectively meet the deliverables.
