The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:
 2,950 sq. m. of asphalt removals.
 Water and sewer stubs for laneway servicing.
 105m of 300Ø storm sewer.
 3 drywells, 10 catchbasins, 1 lawn drain, and 4 inlet structures.
 700m of roll-over curb and gutter and 900 sq. m. of 1.85m width concrete sidewalk.
 Road restoration (not including asphalt) comprising 2,450 sq. m. of SGSB and
2,500 sq. m. of crushed gravel.
 Driveway restoration (not including asphalt) comprising 200 sq. m. of SGSB and
crushed gravel.
 16 street lights and 490m of conduit, street light wire and grounding.
 Telus and BC Hydro shallow utility servicing comprising 430m of trenching
complete with 3,540m of ducting with pull string and appurtenances.
