Description

D. Grant Construction Limited, acting as the Construction Manager (General
Contractor) on behalf of Wilfrid Laurier University, is pleased to invite qualified
subcontractors to submit stipulated price tenders on the following subcontract
tender packages for the proposed One Market Renovations - 3rd Floor Mechanical Room in Brantford, Ontario:
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 3A – SPRINKLER & FIRE SUPPRESSION
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 3B – MECHANICAL
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 3C – ELECTRICAL
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 3D – STRUCTURAL STEEL
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 3E – RESINOUS FLOORING
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 3F – INSULATED METAL PANELS
The successful subcontractor will execute a modified CCA Document 1 2008
Contract. Tender submissions clearly identified in accordance with the tender
documents will be received by D. Grant Construction Limited until 2:00 p.m.,
Thursday, August 1, 2019.
