The Alexandra Park community is bounded by Dundas Street West, Queen Street West, Cameron
Street and Augusta / Denison Avenues. When completed, the revitalization of the Alexandra Park
community will see approximately 2,168 new and 396 refurbished residential units on
approximately 7.3 hectares. The revitalization will introduce a mix of uses, tenures and incomes
to create a more socially and economically robust neighbourhood that is fully integrated into the
City’s urban fabric.
Deltera will be the Construction Manager for Alex Park Phase 2A project (Site 1 and Site 2) and
is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Underslab Drainage services at Alexandra Park
Phase 2A. The project will be awarded to the successful proponent with the highest, final and
ranking Proposal and the project agreement will be entered with Dundas Alexandra Park
Residences Inc.

Proposals must be submitted, and date and time stamped by Reception at the following location

Proponents shall submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic PDF (saved on a USB flash
drive) and a copy of the “Scope of Work” (Pages 40-48) of their proposal & assessable criteria in
a sealed package. Please note that ‘Submission Form C – Pricing’ must only be submitted as a
hardcopy and enclosed in an independently sealed envelope. It must not be included as part of
the electronic submission. The package must be marked with the RFP title, number (see RFP
cover) and the full legal name and return address of the proponent.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the hard copy and the electronic copy of the
proposal, the hard copy of the proposal shall prevail.
If two or more legal entities wish to submit a Proposal jointly, one of the legal entities must be
identified as the Proponent with whom TCHC may enter into the Project Agreement, and the other
entity(ies) must be identified as subcontractors to that Proponent.
