The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to mobilize and supply, install, commission, and operate a Contaminated Groundwater Treatment System at CFB Trenton, Ontario.
AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST.
Bids from bidders whose names do not appear on the list of bidders who ordered the tender documents may be declared invalid.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $800,000 for the initial term.
The services are required for a 3 year period to commence after a 12 week mobilization and fit up period, and 6 week commissioning period. The contract includes three (3) additional one year service options.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
