VR250003_83396 - Standing Offer Agreement – HVAC control system services for Alerton technology

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” HVAC control system services for Alerton technology at Valcartier Garrison and related sites (Qc).

The SOA will be for a period of one year with a maximum estimated value of $ 12,500.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $12,500.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 5,000.00.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their tender through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

The selected consultant will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the tender documents.
