DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. SD213008_SC82329 –Base Janitorial Services - CFB Suffield, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial cleaning services and specified related work for various buildings, located at CFB Suffield, Alberta.
A NON-MANDATORY site visit will be held at the following date, time, and location.

The estimated cost for this opportunity over a two (2) year period including cost allowance and prime cost allowance is in the order of $3,495,000. Extension opportunities exist where, if fully extended, this opportunity could increase up to $5,911,000.
The Contract will be in place from the date of Award to November 30, 2026. Following Contract award, the Contractor will be required to progressively mobilize and be ready to commence providing Services by December 1, 2024, referred to as the Service Commencement date. See Amendment No.1 for details on optional extension.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
