DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. OB000248_83474 - General Contractor Standing Offer Agreement - CFB Borden, Ontario
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and Material as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups for General Construction Services in support of minor construction and repair at CFB Borden. Generally, this will involve general construction, repairs, maintenance and minor renovation services. Building types include general office complexes, living quarters, classrooms, training facilities, industrial and technical workshops, equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities, supply and storage warehouses and other military facilities.
The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $200,000. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $200,000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $25,000.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the Standing Offer Agreement documents.
