DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No.HQ0857A1_78226 – Construction of an ammunition workshop, DRDC Valcartier (Qc)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for general construction, as follows:
1. New ammunition workshop
2. Work on water supply line
3. Construction of a telecommunications duct bank
4. Exterior improvements, including berms, asphalt paving, fences, etc.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 15,000,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 700 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
