Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Architectural and
Engineering Consulting Services:
Project No CK194236, Standing Offer Agreement, Various Locations Across Mainland British
Columbia
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of
the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is
calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide
the following professional services:
Pre-design studies, options analysis, concept designs, 33% preliminary drawings and
specifications, 66% working drawings and specifications, 100% final tender ready drawings and
specifications, construction cost estimates (class A, C and D), tender phase services, construction
phase services and coordination of the consultant team’s sub-consultants.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the
Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience,
as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated
Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
The total potential value of this Standing Offer Agreement is $500,000.
