DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – CA700011, Patterson Armoury Foundation Underpinning and Site Grading, Medicine Hat, AB
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, supply of all labour, equipment, materials, incidentals, and the supervision required for the demolition, excavation, underpinning, backfill, grading, catch basin stormwater piping, concrete walkways, asphalt parking lots, and landscaping at the Patterson Armoury, Medicine Hat, Alberta.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 160 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
