DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – RE1401AA – Site Preparation for Multi-Purpose Building, Yellowknife, NWT
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to prepare a site for the future construction of a multi-purpose building. Work includes, but is not limited to, grubbing, cutting, blasting, common excavation and disposal, aggregate material production and/or supply, site grading, stormwater management, and fencing.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $3,700,000.00
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than August 20, 2021 and must be completed no later than November 19, 2021.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
