DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Consulting Services: TT220009, Sewage Lagoon & Related Sanitary and Storm Investigation Services, Stony Point, ON
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to perform a sewage lagoon and related sanitary and storm services investigation at Stony Point, Ontario.
Proponents are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Indigenous Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. The Proponent must certify in its Technical Proposal (using Form A – Certification of Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business) that it is an Indigenous Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Contracting Policy Notices on Indigenous Business Procurement. Proposals received from Proponents that do not include their Form A – Certification of Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business will be considered non-compliant, and the Cost Proposal will remain locked in the MERX Electronic Bidding System.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
