Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services for the Base Water Connection at Valcartier, QC.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: preparation of a Statement of Requirement and concept, design development, construction documents, assistance during the tender call and construction phases for the construction of the water connection work planned on the base at Valcartier, QC.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the consultant firm with the highest total score.
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $4,000,000.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.

A NON-MANDATORY site visit will be held at the follwoing date, time and location.
