Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for EPC Procurement and Financial Advisory Services – Standing Offer, EPSF2102, Ottawa, ON.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Standing Offer (SO) / Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP.
The SO will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $400,000.00. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $8,000 and $25,000; the maximum value of a call-up is $50,000. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $200,000.00 at any time.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
