DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – ED181710 – Building 405 Chiller Replacement, CFB Edmonton, AB
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish and replace the existing air cooled chiller CH-1 serving Building 405 at CFB Edmonton, AB.
Tenderers are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $397,900.00
Tenderers are advised that bid and contract security are required for this opportunity. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic Bidding - Form DCL193E, paragraph 5.
The work must reach Substantial Completion no later than May 31, 2022 and must be completed no later than June 30, 2022. The chiller must be delivered no later than March 31, 2022.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
