The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the removal of existing roof on building SH64 to the wood plank decking and the installation of a new two-ply modified bituminous membrane roof complete with new fibreglass roof access ladder. Building SH64 is located at 66 Boundary Rd, Shearwater, NS
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 98 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Aboriginal peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement
